Secret Kitchen is a concept I dreamt up some years ago, to have a pop-up restaurant in my home. Until now, said home has been too small, but now I have a lovely big entertaining kitchen.
The concept is that it's a 'private' dining experience for up to 8 people (complete strangers or a group) who will languish over a 5-7 course meal, with paired wine, beer, spirits or soft drinks.
The menu will be based around individual likes / dislikes and allergies and will be kept a surprise.
I will use the best, where possible, locally sourced produce (out of my garden too).
