Sean has been involved with martial arts for over 10 years and has actively been involved with coaching for the past 6 years across various disciplines from weapons combat to womens self defence.

Originally starting in the traditional martial art of Taijitsu / TaiJutsu, (a style combining the arts of Karate and Judo) he instantly feel in love with the self discipline and respect that the sport offered. This is something he is very enthusiastic about in his teachings whether that be in a full class or when teaching private lessons. He gained his black belt in April of 2012 and saw that MMA was an aspect of the martial arts that he wanted to be involved in which subsequently compiles most of his teaching and training these days.

He prides himself on detail and natural interpretations of movement and combat making his knowledge useful to students of many different levels. He also believes that everybody (including himself) is always a student and seeks to better himself and others through training both physically and mentally.
