SBA Sport, Exercise and Nutrition Coach

SBA Nutrition is providing nutritional needs to achieve your goals, if its sport specific, weight loss, building muscle or supporting a current exercise program.
SBA plans are tailored to the individuals needs and not just using general guidelines that the government recommend as this isn't the best way to achieve accurate results.
Most personal trainers will only have a level 3 nutrition qualification which will only give basic advice. At SBA I am a Level 5 (degree equivalent) Advanced Sport and Exercise Nutrition Advisor which gives me the ability to design a program that is specific and personal to clients and listening to what suits the individual needs which provides more success then with your normal level Personal Trainer.

I have 9 years experience of working in the Sport, Leisure and Fitness industry within the UK and America, giving me knowledge to overcome any barriers that clients face with nutritional and fitness needs.

- BA (Hons) Sports Development
- FDsc Sport and exercise Science
- Level 5 (Degree equivalent) Advanced Sport and Exercise Nutritional Advisor
-Level 3 Coaching, Teaching and Instructing (includes circuit training instructor and PT)
- Level 3 Pre and post natal instructor/trainer
- Boxercise Instructor
- Coaching Badges in 5 different sports
- Emergency First Aider
- Nordic Walker Instructor

I currently work with athletes in local grass roots clubs and also provide personal training to the general public.

SBA is open to everyone within the public no matter your nutritional needs.
SBA will also provide exercise programs to tie in with nutritional plans which can be a package combined together.
