Sarum CrossFit is a Strength & Conditioning Facility. We believe in training you for anything life can throw at you.

We Train Functional Movements combined of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, kettlebells and much more wrapped up nicely into a friendly class format, where a trainer is there at all times guiding you through each session. You are never left by yourself!

Everyday is different, each session can be tailored to any individual. Whilst achieving all your goals you're make some great friends on the way. We are not just a gym but a community.
