Sarah's Creative Kitchen - in love with food

I started my weight loss back in 2014 to lose some weight before my 4th round of IVF, well that round never took place as little miracle Alfie was conceived naturally. I only managed to lose 28lbs with the weight watchers programme before falling naturally with him but did want another stone or bit more off.
I make up lots of different recipes and at the time of going to class I would share them with a few friends. One day one of them suggested I start a page/blog to add my meals and ideas to share, and here it is. I try to upload my food diary each day for ideas and do try my best to point each meal.
I look in my many cook books for inspiration for new recipes, but mainly make it up as I go along.
Please feel free to share photos or any recipes you have made as well that can be pointed.
From Feb/March 2016 I will be running food demonstrations at my home, taking you through a typical day in the life of me as someone that still enjoys all the good things about eating, but keeping it realistic and within my points allowance.
