After a three year full time Professional Chef’s Course at Westminster College, Sarah worked in several top London hotels including the Connaught Hotel in Mayfair. After spending time working in Asia, she worked for Prue Leith, specialising in patisserie and going on to become Head of the Pastry Department. Clients included the Orient Express and Government Hospitality.
After nine years at Leith’s, she set up her own outside catering company. She completed a Business Studies course and then moved, along with 51 staff, to premises in Fulham. After five successful years, Sarah sold the company and has been running a busy catering and events company based in Hertford since 2002.
