I am an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the largest counselling and psychotherapy regulatory body in the UK (BACP)

I have been practicing as a solution focused therapist since 2007 and recently furthered my training by completing a diploma in integrative counselling.

I have a special interest in personality disorders, abuse, trauma and mental health.

I am a co-facilitator for L.I.G.H.T, a weekly support group based in Colchester for those suffering the effects from abuse in childhood. Please contact me for further info.
