LOIS RELOVED TERMS & CONDITIONS

LOIS RELOVED will act as an 'AGENT' to sell garments and accessories on your behalf. These are accepted on the following terms and conditions:

We welcome designer, top end High Street and other stylish, current labels in great condition.

All items of clothing and accessories must be in ‘as new’ or lightly worn condition, clean, with no marks, stains, bobbling or odours.

We do not accept underwear, supermarket brands and low end High Street labels.

If we decline your item, please understand it’s because we know what sells and have limited space. It’s not personal - we still love you!

Items are held for six weeks unless otherwise agreed. You’ll be given an itemised receipt listing items accepted for sale, along with your customer reference number. The collection date for any unsold items will be on this receipt.

Lois Reloved will display the items for sale in our boutique, and occasionally at other events.

We accept stock on a sale or return basis. The customer receives 50% of the selling price which is paid on production of the receipt.

Items will be priced according to quality and saleability. They may be subject to seasonal reductions, sales and promotions, when the original price may be reduced. If there is a minimum price that you would like for an item, please let us know when booking the item in.

Every care will be taken of your items, however Lois Reloved cannot accept liability for loss or damage.

All items left with the agency for sale remain the customer's property until sold and are left at their own risk. Customers should make their own insurance arrangements to cover loss or damage to any items if they so wish.

At the end of the sale period, Lois Reloved will send you an email/text asking you to collect any unsold items within 14 days.

If you unable to get back in that time, please contact us. If we don’t hear from you and you don’t collect your items, we will assume you no longer want them and they will be moved on to charity.
