Sam Rotin - Group Fitness Instructor

I have been attending group fitness classes for 3 years and decided having such a great passion for this I would learn to Instruct myself. I get more and more excited each class I teach. It is a great way to burn fat fast and I have personally lost two stone through indoor cycling. In my class I will work you hard to some great pumping music, I will deliver Heaps of motivation which will leave you feeling on a high.
