Hæ! My name is Sæunn and I'm an Icelandic Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) living and teaching in the Cotswolds. I offer both private and group classes in a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Power and Restorative Yoga. My classes are challenging yet accessible and suitable for all levels.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and that everyone can experience the many wonderful benefits of practising yoga. By connecting the breath with our movements we not only increase our flexibility and strength but also calm the mind. Come flow with me and experience the magic of yoga.
