Sackville School

At Sackville we offer an inspiring environment for the education of boys and girls in the belief that within every one of them is the talent and potential for excellence waiting to be discovered. We believe that unearthing that talent is the role of every teacher and all of our staff are encouraged to employ inspiring and challenging teaching to bring the best out of our pupils and prepare them for the world – a world which is very different to the world that we, as adults, were prepared for by our teachers. Small class sizes also ensure that we are particularly adept at meeting individual needs and our aim is to nurture happy, well-rounded and successful children.

The most important thing about this focus on the individual is that it arises out of a very real sense of family and community. This community is a wide one, encompassing many constituent parts and it is my greatest pleasure to be able to work with pupils, parents, teaching, non-teaching staff and owners; all of whom contribute to make Sackville such a wonderful place to work and study.
