SA Skills was co-founded by professional rugby players, Aled Thomas and Steve Shingler.

Delivering bespoke and innovative sessions for individuals of all ages, they are aimed towards groups, mens and womens teams, schools and rugby camps, whilst also doing bespoke rugby fun themed birthday parties.

Offering a unique opportunity for individuals, pupils, and groups to engage in rugby, we offer different levels of rugby coaching sessions to adhere to all ages and current skill levels.

Younger clients receive certificates of achievement and within our rugby themed birthday parties, in addition to other freebies as appropriate.

Delivering a combination of one-off sessions, to a series of weekly sessions to develop skills further, SA Skills has a number of options and packages to suit all skills, interests, and demands for professional rugby coaching across West Wales.

Aled and Steve have now been joined by Iwan Thomas who will support them in marketing and promotion of SA Skills as it further builds on its reputation of quality instruction and coaching.
