With over fifteen years experience in the building industry, Jay Logan, who heads up S41 Developments, has successfully completed a huge amount of refurbishment and general building contracts in and around the Chesterfield area. S41 Developments provides building and property development services to the whole Chesterfield area, including Stavely, Wingerworth, New Whittington, Old Whittington, Brampton and Pilsley to name but a few.

Jay and his team of builders and developers have also worked in Bakewell, Hathersage, and many other villages throughout Derbyshire and the Peak District. More recently, Jay has incorporated S41 Developments Ltd - a company providing Building, Renovations, Alterations, Conservatories, Paving and other associated building and development services. No project is too big or too small for the team at S41 Developments.
