Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned gym goer, we have something for you at our Cambridge gym.

Our 1st floor fitness suite is fully kitted out with top of the line cardio equipment, a stretching and mobility area and easy to use resistance machines.

If you’re looking for something a little different, then our functional training area is perfect! It boasts an indoor grass track, weight sled, Suspension trainers, punch bags, battle ropes & more.

A range of studio classes are available from early morning through to the evening in our new studio room. We have put together a timetable that will make you want to keep coming back for more!

We also offer a huge range of both plate loaded and resistance machines, along with an impressive free weight area.

Sounds exhausting? No worries, fuel up with freshly ground coffee from our café, and recover with a hot protein meal, protein shakes, a range of supplements and more.
