About Me:
Hi I'm AJ and I am a professionally trained and fully qualified dog groomer holding the City & Guilds 7763 Professional Diploma in Styling. I have been working with dogs since 1997 both in boarding kennels and grooming salons. I am a genuine dog lover having homed a number of rescue dogs over many years. I currently have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who was a breeding bitch rescued from a puppy farm and a Miniature Schnauzer who was found tied up and starved. I am a volunteer home checker for Many Tears Animal Rescue.
I continually update my training and have a commitment to Continued Professional Development. I am a member of IPG/ICMG UK and am currently part way through my International Certified Master Groomer qualification.
Dogs can be groomed either to breed standard or to suit the individual requirements of the client. A free consultation is offered to all new clients, as I believe it is more important to provide a service the client is happy with, rather than what the groomer thinks is right.

About the Grooming Salon:
After many years of working in grooming salons I decided to open my own grooming business. I am based in Yarpole, near Leominster. Rosie's Grooming Room is a professionally equipped salon run from my home. As a professionally trained dog groomer I provide a kind and caring service. Rosie's is named after a very special Miniature Schnauzer who was rescued from a puppy farm.
Dogs are groomed one at a time and there is a garden area available. All dogs are health checked before the groom commences and any concerns discussed with you. I will talk through your exact requirements, taking into account the dog's lifestyle, skin condition, health and current condition of coat before a style is chosen.
