Rosemount

After many years of business in Consett, Laurie and Joyce Barnett had a vision to give something back to the local community. After visiting an elderly Aunt who had lost her son at 19 years in the war and later her husband, they decided there was a need for a Christian home in Consett. In June 1983 Rosemount was opened as a charity. With the help of many Christian friends Rosemount began to flourish.
Today the same pride and attention to care is provided by the staff.
