Our aim at Rosedale Financial Management is simple. We strive to exceed our clients expectations, providing them with financial security and peace-of-mind. We start with a blank piece of paper and build a picture around the information clients give us. Once we've built that picture and developed an understanding of what the client is looking to achieve, we'll propose a course of action that will help to achieve their goals. This can either be one-off advice what is known as transactional business or it may involve working together to develop and implement a financial plan. As Ashley mentioned as Independent Financial Advisers we aren't tied to any particular products or suppliers so are free to select products and services from the whole market of product providers.
We have been advising clients for many years on all aspects of financial advice, and collectively as a company we have over 35 years industry experience. We are open and transparent when dealing with clients, treating customers fairly and impartially at all times. We aim to communicate clearly, without the use of jargon and will treat our customers fairly. We will inform our clients of our charges prior to undertaking any work, giving total clarity. Our goal is to exceed expectations, building a sincere relationship with our clients.
