Rocking Horse Events is a music and events company that puts on a variety of events and organises different styles of parties for people of all ages.

The Rocking Horse Family Clubbing events provide an afternoon of clubbing with all the freedom and excitement of an adult night out clubbing, but aimed at both the parents and your children and take place right in the heart of your local village or town.

Drawing on our experience as seasoned clubbers and parents we create a social, fun and cool family clubbing experience for all ages.

A Rocking Horse Family Clubbing event is somewhere we want to take our own families to – somewhere relaxed, entertaining, and where the adults enjoy themselves as much as the children and vice versa.

The afternoon clubbing events are held on a Saturday or a Sunday afternoon, and are currently held at various venues around Dunmow.

Sitting around after lunch at the weekend, not sure where to take the children, fancy getting your dancing shoes on? Then head down to our next event.

Our RHFC events take place at various themed or seasonal times of the year and lead up to a sensational New Year’s Eve Family Party.

The family clubbing events are aimed at parents and children of all ages.

The New Year’s Eve Party will also be for families with children of all ages.

Entrance to regular events will be £5 per entrant but we will offer a family ticket if there are 4 or 5 (or even 6) of you for a special offer of £18.

New Year's Eve tickets will be a different price dependant on location/time.

Birthday parties can be catered for as well with
special VIP decorated areas and a special DJ guest slot – just let me know how many of you and we can sort out a special price! Or we can even run a private Rocking Horse To You party - contact us for details.

Branded products may be available to purchase at future events.

Glowsticks are given out to children free of charge on arrival along with a clubbing handstamp!

Evolution Discos (https://www.facebook.com/EvolutionDiscos/?fref=ts) based at Martels Events Village in Barnston, will be providing the DJ, equipment, lighting and tunes plus there will be candy floss and/or popcorn to purchase at only £2 each.

The venue will sell refreshments for children and adults alike. Cocktails and mocktails, beer, wine or squash!

There may be additional entertainment such as face-painting and magicians at each event.

But most importantly you just need to have a passion for music and dancing, wear whatever you feel comfortable in and dance like no one is watching.

FAQs:

Can I take photos?

There is a general disclaimer that anyone entering the event gives permission for photographs or videos of them or their children to be used for the purposes of RHE publicity. If we are photographing a specific group we always check that they are ok to have a photo taken as it’s only polite. Almost everyone takes lots of photos at the events as they are so bright and fun and full of smiling faces. No names will be used of course.

Do I need to pay in advance?

At the moment I will take payment on the door but soon there will be an opportunity to pay via a ticketing website. But please let me know you are coming for my numbers. NYE tickets can be bought in advance - contact us for more details.

Is this a creche?

NO! Children must be supervised by their parents/carers at all times. This is a family fun event that adults will enjoy as much as the children!

Where do events take place?

Events take place all over Essex. Inside Family Clubbing takes place at 2 Eddies in Dunmow and we have held events at The Ash in Burton End. We bring the Rocking Horse Events style to festivals around Essex - call us for more details x 07941249263.
