ROC Personal Training

ROC PT Studio will be opening in February 2015...

This Personal Training & Sports Conditioning facility will consist of high quality commercial gym equipment. Olympic bars and weights, Squat Rack, Bench Press, Dumbbells for 2kg-50kg, Keiser Spin Bike, Concept Rower plus so much more to help all clients achieve their goals.

Personal Training services will be available in either 6 week or 12 week transformation packages.

ROC PT Educational Courses will be run throughout the year. These 12 week courses are classroom based and each week you will learn a different aspect about how to exercise and what to eat to hit your goals. Your progress will be monitored with weekly weigh ins.

Gym Memberships will also be available but there will only be a small number of memberships open. Once there gone thats it. This makes ROC PT Studio a very exclusive place to train.
