Riverside Reflexology - Mobile Reflexology Service

Welcome to my Facebook page! My name is Jennifer Brown, but you can call me Jen :)

I am a mobile reflexologist covering Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire (Forth Valley), however will cover most of central Scotland if mileage is paid.

Treatments currently cost £35 for 70 minutes. This includes initial consultation, 70 minute treatment and mileage, as long as I can get to you in under 30 mins :)

Having reflexology in your own home is an ideal solution if you struggle to leave your home due to physical issues or anxiety etc. It is also a great way to receive therapies, as you can continue to relax in the comfort of your home after the treatment, without the hassle of driving when you are lovely and relaxed.

I trained with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR). Their training is very comprehensive - it took me over a year to complete the course, and I sat practical and theory exams on reflexology, an anatomy and physiology exam and completed 100 case study treatments. The IIR are the only school licensed to teach the Original Ingham Method.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which means that my training has been deemed to be of good standard, I am insured to practice and that I will continue to develop my skills through ongoing training.

I have a history of working in social care, both as a carer and in Social Work as an Occupational Therapist. My interests have always leaned towards complementary therapies and I am also a Reiki practitioner and crystal healer. I have been interested in Reflexology for the last 14 years, and am so excited to finally be a fully qualified Reflexologist!

I have personal experience of stress, anxiety and depression which makes me able to understand how devastating these can be. I will help you to reduce stress and tension and take back some control of your mind and body.
