Running coach to the stars! I'm affiliated by England Athletics as a Running Coach and Leader in Running Fitness, and have a degree in Sports & Exercise Science - I've been running since 2011 and have completed 100 marathons and various half marathons, 10km and 5km events. I've also completed several ultra marathons and back to back marathons.

I may not be a size 10, I may not be able to beat Mo Farrah, but I know how to run and I know how to support other runners. I'm known for my quirky running style (singing and playing cheesy chooons) and no one ever gets left behind on my runs as i know what it's like to be at the back all the time and feel like I shouldn't be there.

I'm also a qualified Life Coach with broad shoulders and very large ears (not literally) and will listen and offer advice and support when needed. I've recently been elected as a Mental Health Ambassador for England Athletics!

I run Couch to 5km programmes charged at £60 per person for a 6 week programme. After this, training sessions are just £5 each or you can be an all inclusive member for £30 a month, £160 for 6 months or £300 a year!

If you just want to run then join a running club but if you want to have fun on the run and reach for the stars then I'm your lady!
