Training (Season time only)
Senior Mens Training - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:30 Ladies Training - Wednesday at 19:00
Junior Training - Sundays at 10:00 including Micro Rugby for Under 6's who can run and hold a ball!

Touch Rugby Fridays 19:00 (April-Sept). Non contact game suitable for male and females 16+. No playing experience necessary.
