Richmond Auto Sales Ltd was formed in August of 2013. After re-locating in November 2015, they are now based in Hatton Heath, Chester. The business is owned by Director Mark Sheppard and his wife Gayle. The daily running of Richmond Autos is supervised by General Manager Stephen Evans and Sales Co-Ordinator Aaron Chapman, together with a team of technical and admin staff. Overall, there are more than 50 years’ experience in the motor trade between them.

Mr Sheppard’s aim is to provide all customers with a prestige service in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere where all vehicles are hand-picked from a large selection of cars which have been part-exchanged in the prestige sector, and as such have been maintained to the highest possible standard.

Our main objective was to become one of the most respected used car dealerships within Chester, Wrexham and surrounding districts. We now believe we have achieved our first challenge and will continue to improve in all aspects of customer care and after-sales, dispelling the old stereotype of the used-car salesperson.

All of our vehicles are competitively priced, and as our mission statement says, if we don’t have the car you are looking for, we promise to find it.
