We are a family owned and run business dedicated to creating a range of unique, individual foods from locally and ethically sourced ingredients.

Having helped a local restaurant develop a 2 rosette awarded kitchen, our Head Chef Rich Cox has now turned his attention to the creation of a range of foods designed to be simple to serve and wonderful to eat.

All the produce which we use is as locally sourced as we can make it. All our meats come from local farms and estates, and our vegetables and herbs are home grown - where possible!

We are based in Winslow in Buckinghamshire, and our products have become firm favourites at local farmers markets in Winslow, Deddington, Wolvercote and Adderbury. They can also be found in local delicatessens and feature regularly on the menu of local restaurants.
