Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and hopefully sharing it too, I have been involved in sports from a very early age and its been a huge passion of mine. I started playing basketball competitively and taking it quite serious when i was 14 years of age and have now developed enough to play basketball for the University of London South Bank and earn a Scholarship there. However i was always the smallest person on the court and realised i cant rely on my speed at such a high level so i decided to take my training seriously. As i started to increase my strength and size by weight training and eating the right nutrition this had a big effect in my sport performance. Then last summer I achieved my Full Personal Training Qualification as I realised I wanted to help others to strive and achieve their goals by the right training and nutrition based around their personal goals. My Goal as a personal trainer is that I train my clients enough so they are comfortable to train themselves. I have always lived my life by the quote "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard" I bring that to everything I do.
