My name is Sarah, and I am a fully qualified sports and complementary therapist that offers a range of high quality treatments to assist with improving health.

Treatments include a range of different massages, sports, remedial, Aromatherapy massage and products, Reflexology, Indian head, and hot & cold stone massages.

Treatments are usually carried out in a private treatment room offering a tranquil and peaceful environment, giving clients personal time to relax. Mobile service is also available to enjoy in the comfort in your own home.

So whether this is for improvement of posture, getting rid of aches and pains, improve and prevent injury, health, assist with anxiety, stress or depression or for just a general pamper, each treatment is tailored individually to every client, offering a range of different techniques and products to help the body, the mind or energy!

Products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, scrubs and luxury baths products are hand-made and tailored to the clients needs, and they smell amazing!

All treatments are available to men, women, the elderly, children and those with any disabilities. My services are also available to businesses & care homes etc. I can also be mobile upon request.

Please note that during the consultation, clients will be asked about their health issues and lifestyle, as some may require medical consent prior to any treatment. All information given will be confidential and I do reserve the right to decline further treatment until medical consent is given. Please note that I am not a qualified medical practitioner and therefore cannot diagnose any illnesses or conditions, but am able to work under their instructions if consent is given. Examples of these health issues would be:-
Diabetes, pregnancy (within 1st trimester), Cancer & tumours, Heart diseases, Thrombosis and recent operations, etc.
