Retro Record Bags

Hi everyone, I'm Julie. I decided to start this page to sell my Vinyl Record Handbags after the one i made for myself has been the focus of attention whenever I've been out and about with it! I love being creative and have always loved vinyl records, they are still my preferred way to listen to music :-) I'm still new to this business thing, but i'm going to try and give all the info i think people will need here, but if I've missed anything, please message me!

PRODUCTS

My vinyl record bags are handmade in either a 'large' or 'half' size in a variety of fabrics. I usually use fabric off-cuts so no two bags are the same! I will be keeping a small stock of bags which will be available to buy straight away or you can order a custom bag made to your specific requirements. You are welcome to send me a specific fabric and/or vinyls, or i can source these for you at extra cost.
All the bags are handmade by myself with all vinyls hand cut and drilled. this can sometimes mean the holes on the front can be slightly off even (although i try my best!), but i believe this adds to the character of the bags. My turnaround times are approx 2-3 weeks, although this could be longer during busy periods or if i have to source any specific materials. The current turnaround will always be advised on your invoice.

PRICES

In Stock Bags
Half Record Bags are from £30
Large Record Bags are from £40
The exact price of each bag will be stated on the picture in the 'in stock' picture album.

Custom Bags
These bags will start at the same price as the in stock bags, but can vary due to cost of specific materials. All custom bags will be quoted before an invoice is sent.

HOW TO ORDER

In Stock Items
If you wish to purchase any of my 'in stock' bags, please comment on the photo in the in stock photo album, with your email address. I will then send you an invoice and remove the photo from the album. Invoices must be paid with 72 hours or they will be cancelled and the item returned to the in stock album. I endevour to post all items within 48 hours of cleared payment (not including weekends)

Custom Orders
If you wish to order a custom bag, please message me on this page with your requirements. Whether it be a certain colour combination (eg yellow vinyl label and black fabric) or a specific band or album (eg Queen's 'a night at the opera' as per my profile pic) i will endevour to meet your requirements! You can always send me a certain fabric or vinyls to use (size of fabric depends on size of bag) or i can source items and add any extra cost onto your order.

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

Payments are made via a paypal invoice which will be sent to your email address on receipt of your order. You do not necessarily need a paypal account to pay as payment via debit/credit card is also accepted.
Payment is to be made in advance and no custom orders will be made until payment has cleared. Payment must be made within 72 hours of invoice date otherwise will be cancelled. All invoices are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be by royal mail or my hermes with proof of postage obtained. Cost of postage will vary depending on size and weight but the price will be advised on the invoice. All items will be well packed for postage but if you receive a damaged item or suspect damage in transit please contact me with 3 days of receipt so i can try and rectify this for you.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to return your order up to 7 days after receipt of items. This gives you time to contact me in writing with any concerns. Refunds will be made immediately on receipt of returned items, as long as they are in a original, sell-able condition with tags will attached and intact. This refund does not include the return postage costs.
If the item sent to you is faulty then all money and original and return postage costs will be refunded. Please note that refunds can take 7-10 days to reach your account through the paypal system.
Custom orders are not returnable unless faulty as they are made to your specific requirements and therefore may not be re-sellable. If you decide to cancel your order after production has started then the payment is non-refundable.
