Hi there, my name is Jan and I love baking and making people happy through eating my cakes. I am planning on doing different flavour cakes, cookies, cupcakes etc on a rota basis, however, if there's a particular cake that takes your fancy or you have an allergy to a particular ingredient, I'm happy to accommodate.
