I have been involved in Health and Fitness for many years

I have had a keen interest in living an active and healthy lifestyle since I can remember – of course with the odd treat!! I think it is important and I am a firm believer that we should all be a bit more active and to ensure we have a balanced lifestyle in terms of training and nutrition.

I have previously trained and competed in amateur bodybuilding competitions, so I am very familiar with the commitments that come with this in terms of diet, cardiovascular and resistance training principles.

Most recently I decided to take the leap and put my background and knowledge into practice by completing the Level 2 and Level 3 REPS Personal Training Courses with Fit Camp UK Training Academy. In the past I have enjoyed imparting knowledge to others and helping others achieve the health and fitness goals – in the short, medium and long term.

My main areas of interest and focus are;
