TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing of an order and acceptance of that order constitutes a contract of sale under the terms of the seller and English law.

All items are inclusive of postage on all orders to UK Mainland addresses only.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged upon arrival you must contact me immediately on receipt of your order, you must inform me within 3 working days via Facebook messenger.

Deposits taken are NOT refundable or transferable. If for any reason I am unable to supply the item you would be offered a refund.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods remain the property of Renata Infans until paid for in full.

Payments are through PayPal or Bacs Transfer only.

Delivery times are approx. and calculated by working days only, I DO NOT ship on Saturdays and Sundays. I try my best to ensure items are delivered by the next working day however I am not responsible for courier delays.

All deliveries are supplied with a tracking number and are insured against loss or damage in transit.

In the unlikely event your order is received in a damaged condition contact me immediately on receipt of your order by messaging me via Facebook messenger. All damaged items and packing should be retained incase the courier needs to carry out an inspection. If the goods and packaging are not available for inspection the claim will be rejected and you will be liable for the cost of the damaged goods.

I do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.
