Relax Kids classes are effective in boosting confidence and self esteem. They provide a fun and easily accessible approach to relaxation and are the stepping stones towards mindfulness.
Each session follows 7 steps - movement, games, stretching, peer massage, mindful breathing, positive affirmations and visualisations.
Children have great fun whilst gaining resilience and building up a toolbox of strategies to help themselves at times when they may be feeling anxious, stressed, angry, unable to concentrate or struggling to sleep.
