Our classes around Scotland give children the chance to make new friends, build confidence and self-esteem as well as learn tools that will set them up for life.
A Relax Kids session involves 7 steps - warm ups; games; stretching; massage; breathing; positive affirmations and visualisations. Often our sessions can be centred around a theme (such as The Joyful Jungle, The Olympics, Winter Wonderland.)
Here at Relax Kids Scotland, we specialise in working with many children's charities, including Shelter Scotland and Young Carers groups, to teach relaxation skills to vulnerable children and young people.
Classes are best suited for 3-8 year olds, but older children and teenagers can benefit greatly from this too. We also run very successful meditation classes for parents and big kids because... You, too, deserve it!
