Maria Moseley is a highly experienced Sports and Holistic Therapist, specialising in deep tissue, sports massage, remedial work and lymph drainage. Maria has a private clinic based in Wylde Green, Birmingham in the West Midlands and also works in a variety of different settings and environments. Her clients include: The corporate sector, professional athletes, performing artists such as: Usher, Bruno Mars, Papa Roach, Disturbed, Foreigner, Disney on Ice and F1. Maria has been scheduled to look after JAY-Z during his UK tour dates on his European tour in 2012, and to start 2013, Maria is looking after The Lumineers, Justin Bieber, Journey, Alicia Keys, Bon Jov and Kendrick Lamar, while in Birmingham and on tour in the UK. Maria’s methods and techniques have proved very effective working with both sports injury and a diverse range of physical conditions. Her skills, knowledge and passion for her work are also reflected within her role as a lecturer in VTCT Sports Therapy. She has acquired an outstanding reputation and because of her dedication to her profession, has earned the trust and respect of her clients. Maria uses chiropractic evidence within her clinic on a daily basis, as she has a firm understanding of both MRI and X-ray reports and incorporates these alongside ultrasound therapy into her clients treatment plans.

Maria’s experience and knowledge of the physiological and psychological effects of sports massage and deep tissue work in both pre and post sports have shown exceptional results within her client base. As Maria is a keen ballet and tap dancer with her local dance company and has a sporting background in gymnastics, Maria is aware of the importance of injury prevention and teaches Pilates to manage and prevent sporting injuries within a range of different sporting activities. In many cases Maria’s intervention has boosted the performance and extended the sporting careers with many of her clients. As a consequence of Maria’s substantial experience and extensive treatment programmes, she has been able to prevent injuries in her clients and where injuries have taken place, facilitated a quicker recovery.
