Reggiespizza specialises in artisan pizzas, Traditionally a thin base stretched from fresh dough, made each day using light fragrant ‘00’ flour, salt and olive oil. Spread with a blend of ripe Italian tomato, basil and a little roasted garlic. Covered by a layer of finely shredded mozzarella cheese. Quickly cooked in a very hot oven ‘fired’ on a fat slab of granite stone.
We know that some pizza are tastier with a thicker base or crust, we do that too, just ask!
