Konga is so addictive because it is the perfect concoction of easy-to-do moves, insane music & routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique. You will go from striking your imaginary opponent, to sexy hip shaking to Beyonce, to a wild Ab Crunching routine. It's the one class that really does have it all! Classes are:

Jagua - is a body sculpting class choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro & Old School Music. It is a body conditioning class that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, muscle tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It is about creating a lean, strong and toned body in a musical environment that improves your physical and emotional well being. Jagua takes inspiration from Ballet, Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Hip Hop & Stretch Classes.

Boogie Bounce - is fab, fun, funky and fat burning. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Boxercise - is a great way of having fun, releasing stress and getting into shape without actually punching anyone. It focuses on conditioning your body (especially your core, arms, legs and glutes) whilst making your body work hard with a high heart rate, therefore burning calories. Boxercise can be done in a class format or as a 1 on 1 instruction. A great calorie burning and toning exercise.
