Reform Barre

The ballet barre, total body workout, that will help you sculpt a long and lean dancer’s body without having to be a professional dancer!
The workout has been developed to aid strength, flexibility, stamina and poise. The inspiration is born from ballet techniques with the principles and postural cues of Pilates.
The Barre workout encompasses fun, grace and attention to detail. No previous experience of dance is required. The music sets the pace for the cardiovascular, calorie burning session. This is achieved by a focus on isometric movements that fire up the muscle but are not too big to tear the muscle as in conventional strength training. This achieves long lean muscles without bulk. The barre fitness phenomenon has captivated boutique class attendees internationally, which Yvette has studied in New York,London and Australasia.
We are proud to be the first to bring Barre to Northern Ireland.
It is fresh and ever-changing, suits all ages and genders, and will allow you to push your limits. (Modifications are given for injuries, prenatal clients and beginners alike.)
