Reflexology at the Oast

​Reflexology is a non-intrusive therapy which is applied through pressure on the feet's reflex points. Through massaging and working the feet’s reflex points, reflexology promotes the body’s own healing by stimulating the nerves in the body and encouraging the flow of blood. It is found to be a deeply relaxing experience and an effective way to alleviate stress and other ailments.

Reflexology does not hurt and is found instead to be a deeply relaxing experience. However, you may feel some mild discomfort when pressure is being applied to areas that may be sensitive.
