Teacher Led
Led by a qualified early years teacher with 12 years experience, the focus will be on high quality education and childcare combined with fun and adventure.

Outdoors
Red Wellies believe that the time children spend out in the open encourages and inspires them to grow in confidence, independence and self-esteem. A minimum of two outings a day to local play facilities and activity areas, such as the Forest School at Pear Tree, the Wetlands and Stapeley's new playground will take place, giving the children the freedom to develop.

Parents and Carers
It is our view that we get the best out of each child by working in partnership with parents and building great relationships with families. We discuss and plan together to ensure that all children's talents and interests are discovered quickly. The more we know about the children, the better.

Daily Web Diary
We use an online reporting system to tell parents every day about what their children have enjoyed about their day, who they have played with and other daily routines such as what they had for lunch.

Outdoor Suits
We will provide an outdoor suit for each child so they can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather!
