Cancellation Policy
* Please note emergency circumstances will be taken into acount *

All clients can cancel or reschedule sessions at any time when giving 24hrs notice. If you wish to cancel an appointment with less than 24hrs notice or fail to attend 50% of the session fee will be charged.

If you have a Gift Voucher or a pre-paid package 50% of amount will be forfeited if you fail to give 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointments

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrivals will constitute reduced session time, but will be charged at the full rate.

For session bookings of 2 hours or more we require £20 deposit to confirm the booking.

All therapy packages can be booked on days to suit your journey, however the full amount must be paid at beginning of the course

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% & are subject to change without prior notice.
