R&R East Coast Holiday

We have for hire a 2 bedroom holiday caravan that sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate 6, situated at Coastfields Holiday Village in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

In the lounge/diner are we have provided a flat screen, Freeview TV/DVD combination for your viewing pleasure, along with a couple of board games, colouring books and crayons, a deck of cards and a note pad and pens.

We have stocked the kitchen with all the essential items you may need to cook (sharp knife set, cutlery, glasses, plates, saucepans, frying pans etc.). There is also a microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, tea towel and basic first aid kit. A complimentary pint of semi-skimmed milk, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottle of still and fizzy water will be awaiting you on arrival.

Our caravan has a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull-out double bed in the lounge area. We provide duvets and one pillow for each bed. We do not provide linen but it can be arranged for an extra £15.

The caravan has gas heater in the lounge area and an electric heater in each bedroom.

Gas and electricity is included in the hire price.

Entertainment passes for up to 6 people included in price.

Check in is 9am-1pm and check out is at 10am. We do Saturday to Friday stays.


We operate a non smoking and no pets policy in our caravan.
Caravans can be occupied any time after 10:00 am on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury, accident expense or inconvenience caused to any member of your party.
There is £50 non refundable deposit on booking and the rest is payable 30 days before arrival and a £50 refundable deposit. This covers any breakages, damage or the caravan leaving in a dirty state. This would normally be paid back to you once the caravan been check and everything is in order with the caravan.

About the Area

Coastfields Holiday Village is located in Ingoldmells, Skegness, just a short walk from the beach. Fantasy Island is within walking distance, including Ingoldmells market, along with several pubs and restaurants.

Our caravan is not far from site amenities, including children's play area. On site there is nightly entertainment in the Family Showbar, cash bingo and also an indoor heated swimming pool with water slide and Jacuzzi, as well as a children's pool.

All of this is included in the price of your holiday and passes will be provided to you on arrival.

Also on the site is an amusement arcade with café, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, launderette and a Londis supermarket.

There are plenty of buses available from just outside the main entrance of the site, which run throughout the day and night at regular intervals, taking you into Skegness and other surrounding towns where you will find Butlin's Holiday Resort, the Seal Sanctuary, Bottons Pleasure Beach, amusement arcades, crazy golf, Panda's Palace, the model village and many, many more attractions.

Also close by is Hardy's Animal Farm, Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonards, as well as Skegness Stadium where you will find stock car and banger racing, monster truck car crushing and various other stunt shows throughout the season - and best of all kids go FREE!
