About Sharon Amensu:

Sharon Amesu is the Director and Founder of Life in Colour Coaching.

Prior to setting up her company Sharon was in practice for 16 years as a Criminal and Prison Law Barrister. During this time Sharon worked with women from a range of backgrounds, facing many challenges. Many of the women she worked with had suffered Domestic Abuse and as a result experienced low self esteem and low levels of confidence.

Sharon originally became a Motivational Coach and Trainer because of her passion to see women become Confident and Assertive in every area of life, work, business and relationships. This Passion continues.

Another important area of Sharon's work is Education. She is a lifelong learner who has always recognised the value of a good education system for our society. That's why Life in Colour is now working within the Education Sector. As a Mum of three, Sharon understands that the likelihood of children becoming engaged and confident learners increases when Parents and Teachers work together as Partners and Co-educators . Her schools programmes for Teachers and Parents equip and empower them to remain focused, energised and connected to their role as co-educators of their children.
Sharon was a nominee of the Cosmopolitan 'Ultimate Women of the Year Award 2014; and is the current Professional Speaking Champion for the North West.
