We sell a variety of items of designer clothing, from tops and jackets to pants and shoes. All our clothing are used but all are in an almost new condition.
We offer a no quibble return policy and refund 100% of the amount that you have paid including our outward postage costs. All that we ask is that you pay your own return postage costs. In the event that we make a mistake or the item is defective, we will also refund 2nd class return postage costs. Please email us before returning the item so that we provide further instructions. If there is any problem whatsoever with your order, please give us the opportunity to resolve it before you leave feedback. We take any concerns that you may have very seriously and deal with them quickly, fairly and comprehensively. Returns should be received within 14 days of receipt and the item should be in the same condition as you received it. We usually refund within 24 hours of receipt of the item and always send you a confirmation email confirming that the refund has been processed.
