I joined Phoenix Trading in 2005 when I still lived in Scotland … and it was definitely one of my better decisions in life! A week before I signed up I had never even heard of Phoenix cards … two weeks later I couldn’t understand HOW I’d never heard of them! The quality of the product and the value for money is second to none. The product range is superb. And as a result, the product sells itself, which is a relief considering I am in no way a sales person! The product really does market itself!

Phoenix Trading is an extremely ethical company to work for; everyone is very helpful and approachable and as an Independent Trader you are very much valued as an integral part of the whole Company.

The statutory service standards for delivery are 30 days. If I have everything in stock I would normally expect to supply an order within 10 - 14 days. I order new stock on the 20th of each month for delivery of your orders to you during the first week of the following month. If you place an order before the 20th it will be added on to that month's order. If you place your order just after the 20th of a month it will be added on to the following month's order and could result in a substantial delay to you receiving your goods. Please let me know if you have a special occasion that you are in a hurry for the Phoenix products for.
