Have you driven past the little corner shop on the Square in Llandysul and thought, 'I wonder what's going on in there?' Well, it's me. My name is Cheryl Beer & Quiet Space Studio is my new oasis of peaceful calm in the heart of home.

As well as being a writer, I have more than 30 years experience as an Holistic Arts Consultant combining Alternative Therapies with Creativity. I am a fully Qualified Reiki Practitioner & Sound Therapist. At Quiet Space, you can book to visit me for Advice regarding how Guided Meditation with essential oils can help your condition.

I am also Senior Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies and work in organic essential oils, hand blending ancient recipes for stress, anxiety & all manner of conditions with their Create Your Own Range. You can even come and learn how to blend your own.

In the window at my Quiet Space Studio, are local artists and crafters exhibiting their work alongside mine. Everything in the window is for sale so pop in if you see something you like. You'll find all sorts of quirky handmade gifts & cards.
