Qi to Health is an osteopathic practice located in the centre of the beautiful village of Crich, Derbyshire.

Founded by registered Osteopath, Rachel Jennings BSc(Hons)Ost, BA(Hons), the practice offers a healing, nurturing blend of ancient and modern, eastern and western philosophies, mind and body approaches to support your health, happiness and well-being. Naturally and holistically.

Since graduating as an Osteopath, Rachel has continued her professional development in the fascinating field of rehabilitation, giving her the skills to analyse, diagnose and rehabilitate a whole range of injuries, movement and performance issues.

She has also a commitment to listening, and creating a "thinking environment" in the practice. Giving you that rare thing: the time, space and support to discover your own solutions, path and potential.

Good, accurate diagnosis and discovering the actual cause of your symptoms are at the heart of Rachel's approach. Taking the time to discover this, not simply masking the symptoms, means you have a much better chance of full recovery, and injury prevention.

Rachel's approach is informed by the latest medical research, her own healing journey and what actually works.

Her treatments are influenced by the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and guided relaxation techniques, as well as gentle osteopathic manipulation, Cranial work, Medical and Trigger Point acupuncture, breathing work to help relax and restore you to your full potential.
