Purple Patch is passionate about championing the rights of disabled people and is striving to make sure that adults and children with additional needs, health conditions or impairments can lead real and fulfilling lives, fully included in their homes, schools, workplaces and communities.

We believe that our support strategies and unique approach (PLATO) empowers individuals, especially those from a BME heritage, to independently access local services and activities that they would not have necessarily ever thought possible.

Our tailored services include; 1:1 outreach work, Independent Living training, life skills, development programmes and social workshops to name a few. Our sessions are designed to improve confidence, independence, health and wellbeing – as well as being fun!! All sessions are delivered from our home at Bangor St Community Centre.

With a highly qualified and experienced management team supported by trained ‘culturally competent’ Personal Assistants (PA) we are able to offer a professional yet personal service at no extra cost to you.
