Pudding and Pie Supper Club

Sophie Carrington and Rebecca Schofield set up their business in December 2012. The idea was inspired by similar business models in London and they believe that they are unique in being the only pop-up restaurant in Southampton.

Providing a fine dining experience with a friendly atmosphere at reasonable prices, they have built up good relationships with local suppliers. Where possible, ingredients are fair trade and locally sourced, with meat supplied by award winning butchers Uptons of Bassett and fresh seasonal vegetables bought from local markets.

Pudding and Pie can “pop up” at any location, catering with hot or cold food for celebrations such as weddings, christenings, adults’ or children's birthday parties and other special events. They even offer a dinner party service where they pop-up in your home!
