Welcome to PT-13 Personal Training with Lesley-Ann Grubis.

Offering Personal Training, Nutritional and Lifestyle advice and Fitness classes in Scotland and now PT-13 has become international with clients as far as Canada.

With 10 years of industry experiance and over 5 years of study behind her, Lesley-Ann has an extensive background and standing in the fitness world.
Starting from the age of 2, she has practiced Majorettes and Jujitsu relentlessly whilst dipping her toes into gymnastics, dance, badminton, swimming, free running, parkour and various other sports.
She enjoys the harder style of training and is a particular believer in the old saying "No Pain No Gain"
