'PROACTION Martial Arts adnd Fitness' is a Family Martial Arts School teaching all from age 4 to adults. We teach men and women of all ages.
Our experienced team is led by, and train on a weekly basis with Chief Instructor Mr T Nicholson, former vice European ITF Taekwon-Do Champion, 2x ITF Bronze World medallist, 2x Holland Cup champion, Multiple British and English champion, current England team member and former England Team Captain.
At our centre we have 5 divisions:
ITF Takewon-Do (kids aged 6+, Adults and Family classes)
Kickboxing (Kids aged 6+ and adults)
Boxing (Kids aged 8+ and adults)
Fitness classes (all ages, mainly adults)
Mighty Monkeys (age specific 4-6)
Our club is the largest and most successful in the area, now with 10 other locations throughout Northants, Beds and Bucks and growing through our fully qualified team of 14 Instructors. Some who practice multi-disciplines, some who are specific to style/skill as well as PT's and external rental classes.
