PRIVATE VEGAN CATERING

A food service providing fresh, spicy, tasty & healthy food on a weekly basis, also available for parties and events. Home cooked vegan curries and other spicy dishes, made using the freshest ingredients delivered to your door locally (within Wolverhampton and surrounding and towns) Monday – Friday. Small parties and events are catered for please contact us to discuss your requirements.

FOOD:

Dahls/Lentils: (Available every week)
Mung bean dahl
Urid Bean dahl
Yellow Channa dahl.
£6 each or 2 for £10.

Main dishes:

Week 1. Butternut Squash curry/Chickpeas and spinach curry/Chickpea, squash, kale and coconut milk.

Week 2. Cauliflower & peas curry/Green Beans & peas curry/Okra & potatoes curry.

Week 3. Mexican Chilli (made with sweet potato)/Smoky Mexican Meatballs/Sri Lankan Beetroot.

Week 4. Thai Curry/Tofu Chilli/Tofu, spinach & mushrooms.

All of the above dishes are £8 or 2 for £15.
Single portions are £5.


***Prices are increased for areas outside of Wolverhampton to cover delivery costs.***

ALL DISHES CONTAIN MUSTARD

ALL CURRIES ARE GLUTEN FREE. HOWEVER SOME OF THE SPICES USED HAVE PACKAGING THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT
"MADE IN A PLANT THAT HANDLES NUTS, SESAME, GLUTEN, WHEAT, SOYA & MUSTARD."

Fresh produce is used unless stated.
Only 4ml of Coconut Oil is used per portion to fry the hard spices.
Only sea/rock or Himalayan pink salt is used.
No GM ingredients are used.

The large portions are served in 800ml tubs.
Single portions are 500ml.


ORDERING FOOD & DELIVERY DETAILS:

I will send out a text at weekends to advise what I am cooking, once I have received a response I will confirm the delivery day with you. Once you receive the food you have the option to consume it or store it for a few days (it will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days). Please reheat it thoroughly before consuming. Alternatively, all dishes and the chappati’s can be frozen.

The compostable packaging can be thrown away with food waste.

I will take cash on delivery or you can transfer payments into my account. Please text or email me for these details if you want to pay by this method.
